We stand behind our products 100%. They're thoughtfully crafted with high-quality, sustainable ingredients to support your dog's health and well-being.
If you're not satisfied with a 4-Legger product purchased from 4-Legger.com, please reach out within 30 days of purchase — we're happy to troubleshoot, offer guidance, or find the right solution for your dog.
Sometimes there is a bit of a learning curve when transitioning to true organic products, so we may make suggestions for you to try prior to approving a refund. We do this because we know organic is better than synthetic and we want your dog to have a naturally healthy bathing routine for life!
Return Eligibility:

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Gallon sizes are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. If you're new to 4-Legger, we recommend starting with the 16oz or 2oz size first so that you can ensure it’s the best option for your dog.

animalEO essential oil purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase.

We cannot process returns for purchases from other websites or retail stores. Please return these products to the place of purchase.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend sending with tracking or delivery confirmation to avoid delays.

If a return is approved, order charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable and may be subject to a $3.50 inspection/restock fee.

It will take a few days to process your return and it will likely take another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you don't see the return in 7 days, please let us know.

Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5–7 business days according to your card processor's policy. Approved refunds will be for the product cost and taxes paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received a refund and it is less than 7 business days, please check back after 7 business days to allow your credit provider time to post the refund to your account. If you haven't received a refund and 7 business days have gone by, please contact us at support@4-legger.com so we can confirm the refund has been processed and sent to your credit provider.
Sale Items:
If you purchased a product at a sale price, only the sale price will be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, promotion or special sales items are not eligible for refunds without prior approval.
Exchanges:
We will allow exchanges only on unopened / unused products. If you need to request an exchange, send us an email at support@4-legger.com. Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Condition Requirements:
For approved returns, products must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused or at least good condition so that we may donate them to a rescue or shelter through our 4-Legger Gives Back Program — helping other pets benefit from safe, non-toxic products.
Once your return has been received, inspected, and found to be in good condition, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please send us your tracking information so we can process your refund promptly upon delivery confirmation. Funds will be available based on your credit card holder's timetable for such transactions.
Delivery Issues:
Shipping services utilized by 4-Legger include GPS tracking services provided by the carrier independently of 4-Legger. In the event of a lost or damaged order, we will be happy to assist with filing a claim with the appropriate carrier and may replace the order at 4-Legger's discretion prior to the outcome of a claim. 4-Legger is unable to assume responsibility for replacing items due to loss or theft when tracking information indicates final delivery was made to the recipient's address as provided when the order was placed. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses entered when placing an order. We are happy to correct a shipping address if notified prior to the order being shipped.
