Shipping Rates for United States and InternationalIf you want your dog to have the best dog shampoo available, it has to get to you!

We offer US domestic and US territorial shipping options as well as limited international shipping destinations.

United States Domestic:
We offer 3 shipping services with rates dependent on weight and size.  We’ll use the best service available from:

USPS - Priority Mail

UPS

FedEx

    Shipping to the US Territories of American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, & Palau typically ship via USPS Priority Mail and are also calculated based on weight and size.

    International: 
    We offer limited international shipping services using the best available rates based on weight and size from among:

    • US Postal Service
    • FedEx
    • UPS
    • DHL 

    All International import fees, VAT, customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected when delivered. It is the purchaser’s exclusive responsibility to know and understand the international import laws of their country which may be imposed, including additional brokerage fees and taxes.  These fees are not administered or collected by 4-Legger and are solely between the purchaser and the tax administration of the purchaser’s country of residency.  

    Additional Notes

    Shipping services utilized by 4-Legger include GPS tracking services provided by the carrier independently of 4-Legger.  In the event of a lost or damaged order, we will be happy to assist with filing a claim with the appropriate carrier and may replace the order at 4-Legger’s discretion prior to the outcome of a claim.  Unfortunately, 4-Legger is unable to assume responsibility for replacing items due to loss or theft when the tracking information indicates final delivery was made to the recipient’s address as provided when the order was placed.  Additionally, we are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses when an order is placed.  We are very happy to correct a shipping address if an error was made when placing an order but we must be notified prior to the order being shipped in order to be eligible for replacement or refund.
